When you complete the contact form, we may process your name, company, email address, telephone number, service of interest, indicative budget, preferred timing, message and any information you choose to provide.
Technical and browsing data
The systems supporting the website may process IP address, request date and time, requested resource, response code, browser, operating system, device information and technical data required for security, diagnosis and operation.
Cookie preferences
We store your analytics and marketing choices in the browser so that we can respect and document your preferences.

4. Retention periods
Contact requests are retained for the time required to handle the communication and normally for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins or legal obligations apply. Technical logs are retained only for the period strictly required for security, abuse prevention and technical diagnosis, then deleted or anonymised according to the hosting provider settings. Cookie preferences remain stored for up to six months unless changed or deleted earlier.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by authorised staff and by suppliers supporting hosting, maintenance, email, CRM, analytics, advertising and security. Where required, these parties act as processors under an agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. An updated list of processors may be requested from the controller.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some suppliers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the controller uses one of the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures where required. Before activating external services, verify the locations, roles and safeguards of each provider.

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your country.
